Broke my partners new windows machine i took it in as it stopped rebooting and i got told 2 different things i got told 1st that the machine was not even turning on and then i got told that the motherboard was broken and it was unfixable when the motherboard was fine when i took it in. so i would never recommend this company to any of my friends or family
