I got in touch with Little Miss Sparky when a hairdryer blew my electrics. Despite trying to sort the trip switches out myself, I couldn't get anything to come back on (new house, unfamiliar board). Thinking the unit was faulty, I got in touch with Little Miss Sparky to ask if she could take a look. She took me though what needed to be done step by step and within a few minutes we were back up and running much to my relief. Not only was she patient and helpful, her kindness saved me a call-out fee which I was very grateful for. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to get in touch if and when we need help again.

Initially had Polly out to fit a couple of extra double sockets and a loft light . Very impressed with time keeping , efficiency and neatness . A plasterer then uncovered some nightmare electrics from a previous electrician so I rang back , they sorted out the complete mess , used metal conduit throughout, a lovely addition in my workshop . Extremely impressed with Little Miss Sparky , as a Building Surveyor I come across a lot of trades and I have no hesitation in fully recommending Polly .

Asked for some help with a coffee can I recently bought. Miss Sparky came and looked at the van and stated that she needed to speak to her husband about the work needed and didn’t get back to me. I tried on multiple occasions to contact her about the work I needed doing and was ignored. Not professional at all. If she didn’t want the job just say so don’t ignore me!!

Punctual and problem fixed within 10 minutes . However you need to check costs first as it was £70 !!! No parts needed either. God knows what it would cost for an hour.
