2 floors available. Imo the choices and the variety of clothes are not alot. Did not buy anything there because I couldn't find the clothes i wanted but cool chill place.

I bring my five year old here. They loved it!They love the little stickers here and they stuck them all over themselves! Thank the lords for this hospitality that the workers have! Although, i couldn’t fit my dumptruck into the pants and it said one size fits All! Three stars. I am Sandra booe.

I visited this store with my 13 year old today. While I was paying for a ring I was buying, the security guard approached my daughter demanding he showed her her purse to see if, according to him, he had stolen some earrings. My daughter was shaken and felt embarrassed. This happened while I was in the store paying! The security guard refused to apologize and the Store Manager frankly didnt care the slightest and asked me to speak to Customer Service if I wanted to. A store depends on their customers to survive. We are the livelihood of any business. Not to take responsibility for your behavior toward others while doing your job, is appalling, unprofessional and, quite frankly, shameless.

The service is very poor! Today I went around 7pm to go to the changing room excited to try, the girl doesn’t say hello or anything and seems so bored and looking at the floor and doesn’t say anything completely blanks me. I felt sorry for the Indian girl security as she was the same but at lest handed me something. It seems like they get no training on how to treat customers or eve. Ajax about greet like hello how can I help, not even that

This shop is reasonably small for the amount of people in it, and the queue to pay sometimes goes around the entire shop. One time I went, it took me about 5 minutes to get from one bit of the shop to another because there were so many people, and it’s often really stuffy. As well as this, there is a no return policy. However, I like the clothes and they are good quality.

First time at this particular store in London and the vibe was hostile af. Staff were rude and generally disorganised - couldn’t wait to leave. Such a shame as the variety of clothing in-store as opposed to online is great. Sucks that Brandy cares more about maintaining it’s image than ensuring quality customer service.

Even though I went there a month ago, I still remember the awful experience of my visit.The staff was unqualified; I was waiting in a short queue for almost 10 minutes because of how slow the cashiers were and when it was finally my turn, a girl with a mom pushed me away and the shop assistant didn’t say anything and started to serve them. I was in shock especially since I was talking to the cashier who did that a minute earlier and she said she can’t serve me right not because she’s busy (the client who was in the queue before me went somewhere and didn’t come back for at least 2 minutes).I am a very patient person, but for me this was absolutely unbelievable. And when it was finally my turn, it took me 3 minutes to buy just a tote bag with a top, because of how slow the girl was.When I was going to the changing room, the lady who was currently there gave me a number, which fell to the floor and fell to the room that was next to me (do I have to mention that there is no privacy at all when it comes to the changing rooms there…); I apologized when I was leaving and she rolled her eyes at me and murmured something.Not to mention the nonexistent air conditioning… it was so hot and humid I was afraid that I was going to faint.I don’t recommend going there, unless you want to leave annoyed and 20 minutes late.

Great selection of one size clothes for my wife. However on a few occasions, the staff have been quite rude, and because they wear plain clothes without a name tag its difficult to get assistance with something. Terrible management of queues as well, here have been times when two queues have formed, and they tell one queue to join the back of another queue, instead of just splitting it between registers.
