I bought a Jaguar e-pace from Jaguar York, assuming they would properly undertake all checks they commit to under their approved used" tag and that the 1 year warranty would help with any service issues.Had a flat tyre 2 months later

Great experience in purchasing a new F-Pace at Lloyd Jaguar in York. Superb, low pressure sales approach, knowledgeable and personable. Car presentation on purchase was superb…all round great customer experience..would highly recommend. Alex and Chris deserve a special mention for their first class service.

The salesman was excellent when we purchased the car however after sales is not great at all. The car within a few weeks showed 'peeling' on the window trim and when we presented the car for a warranty claim we were told they were stone chips which was impossible and an extortionate price was given to replace the trim. Also it is a Struggle to get answers or call backs from the parts dept.Not impressed!

Bought a second hand I-pace from here, probably the worst decision I’ve ever made. Car has had a couple of parts fall off from body work(literally) when trying to contact Alex Price who dealt with the sale he completely ignores you, was brilliant with communication when buying the vehicle, now he has his commission doesn’t want to know me ha! I emailed him last Thursday, still haven’t had a response. Don’t tell your customers you’re going to call them to make sure everything is perfect with the car, and not do it. Also answer the phone or emails when they get back to you. Shocking service. Car also has pretty much bald tyres on the front

Superb level of service. I recently bought a brand new F Pace and the whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. We were dealt with by Roxanne who was very welcoming made us feel completely relaxed. Excellent experience.

The whole process of buying our new car was enjoyable from start to finish and the collection made my hubbys day. His car was in a side room separated by glass from the main showroom , it was under a cover that he was able to unveil himself and a name plaque at the entrance of the room. They kept us in the loop with everything taking into account our working hours and contacting us when convenient. I can’t recommend them enough

Couldn't be happier with my experience. Saw a car online that I liked the look of, so I called up about it and was sent a personalised video. We decided to go view and test drive it based on the video looking promising. We dealt with a guy called Alex Price, who was super accommodating, allowing both my partner and I to test drive. We never felt rushed or pressured, and Alex was really lovely and informative throughout the process. We were also given refreshments in the show room, which was appreciated.After taking the plunge and buying the car, Alex drove it down to a closer Lloyd garage to make it easier for us to pick up. I'm thrilled with the car, and glad to have had such a trouble free experience!

A problem with my XF but solved swiftly by service department and James having owned several Land Rovers and now Jaguar from 1998 this has been my best experience with any dealership.
