Jenny is fantastic- I wouldn’t trust anyone else to colour my hair. She listens, offers suggestions and ultimately knows what the client wants and what will suit. I couldn’t rate Jenny highly enough.

Having a haircut with Rosie is like submitting your future appearance to an old friend. Not that she is old of course but more mature. Not that she is mature of course but she is experienced in the hair-cutting business. Or should I call it styling as you modern young chaps call it. I personally haven't got much to style but she did say today that my hair won't get much thinner which made my day. Perhaps I should stop diggingOn my way home a drunk stopped me and said: “Nice hair cut mate. Have you got a light mac?” I said, “No but I’ve got a dark brown overcoat!Looking forward to my next experience with Rosie at Cloud 9."

Love Room09. Get hair done there every 6 weeks. Have Jen who colours my hair and she does an amazing job. All the girls that work there are fab who have cut or washed my hair. Can’t rate them enough!

I have been coming here for years even though I now live 1.5 hours away. The welcome is warm, the services are excellent and the staff are brilliant. Keep up the good work all. My stylist Alisha and she never rushes my experience and is very funny, we always laugh which makes my time in the chair enjoyable.
