Always a lovely venue for retail therapy. Staff display wonderful customer service skills, making sure that you are comfortable with your choices and home delivery is also arranged with no fuss.From carpets, cushions, lights, mirrors, rugs, sofas, cabinets, side tables, dining furniture, beds and wardrobes. Good lighting ensures that you can view colours well.Currently open again after an extended period closed, new stock displays. Full price range and ex-display, slightly damaged stock and carpet ends at vastly reduced prices.Hand sanitiser stations at doors and remember to wear a face mask.

Brilliant shop, fantastic service! Living on the outskirts of Aberdeen, our thoughts tend to home in on the city for shopping. Our son suggested, for our new bed, we try Frasers on Ellon. Brilliant range of carpets and furniture at reasonable prices (given that you get what you pay for). Staff helpful but NOT PUSHY! and this is important to us. When we wanted help, we got it immediately. We got our bed and a new mattress in exactly a style we could agree on, and my other half spotted matching bedroom furniture - we agreed to leave this till our next visit.

Got new carpets from here, and also 2 new chest of drawers, which have completely transformed our house. Thanks to the carpet fitters and the delivery guys, and also to the in store staff for all providing a great service!!

Ordered a kitchen dining table from Frasers of Ellon and was told 8 weeks for delivery. Table didn’t arrive until 18 weeks later, had no communication from the company except for when I called to ask for an update (and all I was told is it’s going to be late because of COVID). When I wrote a letter to tell them of my experience, got a sorry but s**y happens letter back. Wouldn’t shop here again unfortunately.

Good range of high quality furniture. We bought a bed and it was delivered the next day. Friendly and efficient delivery men assembled the bed in next to no time.
