Richard is a fantastic counsellor. I feel very lucky to have been able to work with him, and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for empathetic, non-judgmental & high quality counselling!

I had never done therapy before but after this experience I definitely would if I felt I was struggling again. Richard helped me to feel at ease and gave me some practical ideas to take away with me for everyday life.

Richard has helped me so much in gaining self esteem and to be more assertive. Having someone to listen to me and help me deal with certain issues in my life has been invaluable and I really appreciate all he has done for me.

Richard worked with our son to get through anxiety. We saw an immediate change which improved his self esteem and focus, and bridge him to his next steps.

I have been seeing Richard for over a year now (might even be over 2 years) with the pandemic in the way and even with everything that happened for everyone with the long break, I knew I only wanted to see him again and was happy to wait.I have seen a few counsellors in the past as I believe that the body doesn’t just need physical rest but the mind does too. I couldn’t recommend Richard highly enough!!He always asks the right questions to help me discover the best answer or options for me which I believe is the best help as being told doesn’t always mean you fully understand something. I guess another way of putting it is that even in his sessions I have felt like I’ve had an epiphany right there when dissecting a life problem.His sessions have helped me not only become a more well rounded person but also helped me grow and strengthen my mindset which I need for the busy lifestyle I have.Thank you Richard!
