An overall brilliant experience with the kitchen stone worktop team! Tarnya & Elena were always at the end of the phone to help me with my never ending questions and they were very helpful with explaining the process in such great detail which made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. Really disappointed with Clement’s approach to problems.I don’t think he paid much attention making a templates of the new kitchen worktop.The side panel was cut 20mm shorter but he glued the missing 20 mm blamed the base cabinets for not being in standard height (really!)The gap between the worktop and the wall in some places nearly 10mm which didn’t allow us to have 5 mm or 6 mm splashback all the way up.Clement doesn’t like to admit his own mistakes, like to blame someone or something, just like José Mourinho after lost a football game.Before posting this review I called him to have a talk about the work he did and eventually we got to a financial agreement. Unfortunately he’s not a man of his word. I texted him but he has ignored it. Good luck!

We were searching for a company to replace our kitchen worktops at a reasonable price , I emailed kitchen-stone-worktop.co.uk with a picture and measurement who responded within a day with a quotation, they seemed good reading reviews so said we would go ahead and they drew up an invoice , sent over 10% to arrange templating and to also see samples of white quartz stone that we wanted as there was 4 different varieties of the quartz Carrara that we wanted . Elena and Clement came over with samples and discussed everything with us regarding what we wanted , we chose the modern Carrara which is amazing . They took all measurements and which polishing and finish edge and drainage grooves we required , they even came back at a later stage just to see if the actual large piece would be able to fit via the front door and into the kitchen which luckily it would . After measuring you pay another 40% with the final balance of 50% after fitting . In less than 15 days Clement and his helper came over and as I had already removed the old laminated worktop and upstands and splash backs then they went to work installing the new top , they have all the equipment in their van so instead of damaging walls around window they took off an extra 5 mm in the van and it then fitted like a glove , was my fault as he had measured and then I had filled in the old holes where old mdf cill had been . They asked where I wanted the tap and drilled that on site , we installed the tap before they stuck the new undermounted sink to the new work surface , they sealed the joint between the two large pieces of worktop and installed upstands and two window cills and a large matching splash back behind the new hob that was going in, finally they siliconed and corked all around and cleaned up after them selves . I would not hesitate to use again and would recommend greatly . They have a showroom in littlehampton if you want to view samples . All a smooth process from start to finish . They were slightly late all 3 times for appointments and fitting with the longest delay of 40 mins but they do seem very busy and what with Covid everyone wants their kitchens done ohh and we had roadworks up the road aswell . After many hours of showroom visits and searching the web, we eventually came across this local company who could not do enough for us. Straight forward pricing, no hidden costs, excellent communications throughout. Clement is a true professional. From choosing the stone, to templating and fitting, he has been straightforward, professional and friendly. He came up with great ideas to deal with a couple of tricky issues in our kitchen and the end result is simply stunning. He and his team have made a nice kitchen into a beautiful space and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. It has been a unique experience to have a project completed from start to end without any issues or delays whatsoever. Thank you.

I renovated my kitchen, it is a complicated job and I am not able to manage all the works included. I got an estimate for the quartz worktop from kitchen-stone-worktop of Brighton. I was weary as the company are 250 miles from here. I should not have worried they measured up and two weeks later (by arrangement) the came back and fitted the top. It is a sparkling success; not only did they make a good job, they also carried out enabling work not included in their quote. I am delighted, their price for this work was close to half that of a local man. I highly recommend them, Geoff Edgington, King's Lynn.

We had an entirely positive experience with Elena, Tarnya and Climent! Whilst, we had a stressful time with other trades-people, our experience with Kitchen Stone Worktop was a total dream. The team were responsive, supportive and bent over backwards to help us achieve the timings we needed, all whilst expertly managing me in a bit of a flap! I couldn't recommend them highly enough, such lovely people and a fantastic product and service. We're extremely happy and will return to K-S-W if we ever need something again.

We decided to have a quartz stone kitchen top fitted. Found the web site very informative and after sending a picture and dimensions received a accurate quote in 48 hrs. Excellent service from quotation to installation and the kitchen was left clean and tidy with the old worktop taken away . Thanks to Clement and Elena , good company to work with.
