Wow; I am truly blown away by Funky Readers’ amazing service! I ordered some glasses from them, which arrived very quickly. They didn’t suit me but FR were quick to offer to swap them if I returned the original pair. Despite Royal Mail losing the ones I sent back, FR still sent out the replacements to me. I am so pleased and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Funky Readers.

What a fantastic company this is. Their service is outstanding. They sourced a pair of specs for me that weren't on their website and posted them out to me so quickly even before they'd received the ones I returned which didn't fit me. Who could ask for more.

What a great business and so lovely to buy from. They couldn't have been more helpful and I received both pairs within 2 days of ordering on free delivery. St Tropez pair in particular feels v expensive, they cost £25! A small business run by people who care - one of dogs ate my last pair so I was desperate. Thank you Funky Readers!

I recently ordered a pair of funky specs and spoke to the owners for some guidance and advice. Martin was so helpful and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for him as he took me through the various styles and strengths. We discussed sun glasses for reading outside but I didn`t order any as I thought I would wait until the funky ones arrived. What a wonderful surprise I got to find included in my order ,a present ————- a free pair of reading sunglasses. Not many companies would do that in this day and age.I shall certainly order more ,especially the very colourful ones, I call them my Pru Leith look a likes but at a small fraction of the price.

Fantastic glasses as last and are well built. As a teacher & taking them on and off most of the day they never last long but these funky readers are amazing. Admired by many ! Persuaded my husband to also get some readers from the same company and he hasn’t looked back. Both happy and impressed with quality and service provide by Martin & Judith! Another very satisfied customer! I had previously ordered three pairs of I Need You Doktor New readers, which I received really fast and loved for their shape and lightness. However, all pairs broke quickly in the same place (lower frame) so I wrote to Funky Readers just to let them know. Well, they offered to replace all 3 pairs with a different model, and sent them really fast. GREAT service, I will be back.
