Pinnacle Banner

Thank you SO much (particularly Max) for making an actual MIRACLE happen, you went above and beyond. I had been assigned a seemingly impossible printing task and told it needed to be done 'yesterday' and Pinnacle banner printed and delivered within 24hrs. I couldn't get another '24hr' service to answer the phone or print unlike these guys who DELIVERED. The print was impeccable quality and did the job. Should the occasion arise I will be using and recommending them again. Thank you for your hard work and delivery.

I’m shocked to read some of the reviews on here. I had nothing but excellent service from start to finish. I changed my mind a few times but it wasn’t a problem, my order was changed to my preference until I was completely happy with it. Quick response, delivery was as expected. Banner was perfect, very hood value for money. I would definitely recommend!

Lied to on the phone about delivery date, that is when I eventually got an answer. Delivered product wrapped so tight it spoiled the finished product when unfolded.

unreliable company, bad service didn't deliver it completely, didn't provided the refund d almost 1 month after... Beware everyone

CREASEY BANNERS - The only banner company to FOLD their banners instead of rolling them?!It really is a shame as Max and the team were quick and the quality wasn't bad for the price.HOWEVER, I've never come across a printing/banner company, that FOLDS its banner. When I complained, Max later advised to have the banner rolled-up, I'd have to pay an extra £45. Why wasn't I advised of this in the first place? And what company folds their banners? I specifically told Max that the banner was to be used for photos at an event! I will now be spending the week steaming/ironing the banner.I asked Max if he could reprint this and we'd happily use them as a regular supplier but his response was: the creases are temporary

I was told it would be delivered by a certain date, then after this was missed and chasing a number of times, I was told it had been lost, communication was terrible, zero for customer service. I had to rush an order elsewhere to meet a deadline. Had to go through Paypal complaints to get a refund.

I am very disappointed with how Pinnacle Banner have treated our business, especially as we were so willing to work with them to rectify the problems with our banner.They delivered a damaged product, which did not reflect the proof image and refuse to resolve the issues, instead offering a discount off our next order- awful customer service.I would strongly advise against using this company, which is a shame as we were a returning customer and hoped to continue working together.As I can see from the reviews here, we are not alone in our experience.
