Had a delicious meal and met the owner who personally recommended the BBQ beef burrito. It was amazing, packed full of pulled beef along with rice and kidney beans. The loaded fries were great, and I recommend them to everyone.Extremely friendly, helpful, and great food!

As a regular here, I've got to hand it to the team at Fernandez. The food is ALWAYS super tasty, has the right amount of lemon, spice and flavours bursting out of every dish.The team are friendly, always have time for a good chit chat with me and even though I could get my food delivered, I'd much rather pop in to collect (or dine in) as I always feel welcome and we'll looked after.The restaurant is always impeccably clean too which is reassuring when buying food for my family and I.The rare occasion they've got my order wrong, they've been quick to rectify it within 20mins and even threw in some extra desserts for my kids which was a lovely touch.Will continue coming here without a doubt.Ray

Honestly the worst restaurant I have personally ever been to. The manager or the boss (not sure - guy with beard and glasses and black shirt) was arguing and shouting at all the staff, even the poor girl serving the customers who was the only good thing about this experience. The way he was speaking to her was appalling when she was only asking questions and to do all of this infront of customers is so unprofessional. Took a trip up north to get away for the weekend and this restaurant really started it poorly. Was expecting good things from the review but was so poor we actually laughed about it. Wrap was frozen cold and had no seasoning on, was offered no sauce so was dry as anything. The male server just put our food down without saying a word after taking it to the wrong table and walked away before we could ask for any sauces or anything. When I informed the manager he offered to make another one, but I was so over the whole thing by that point I couldn’t be bothered so left hungrier than I came in. The Mac and cheese wow it honestly looked like microwaved pasta and was supposed to have spicy sauce on, but there was no flavour apart from hard dry pasta. No spicy rice with my meal, was offered fries last minute and the food took over an hour to arrive. Luckily my wrap was refunded but I have personally never been to a restaurant so poor before and have never experienced something so bad like that to even write a review, but something needs to be done.

Great food & service. Also a great £10 offer of main, side & drink on Wednesday & Thursday. Definitely recommend upgrading to the loaded fries

Very friendly and attentive staff. Quick service.In terms of food, it's nice but nothing special. Somehow seemed to be slightly different, not as good as other Fernández I've been to. Strange, I know as they all should be the same.Was not to keen on burgers, everything else was all right.

When booking the table, the server very friendly and informative. He informed us of the location of the car park without us asking.On entering the restaraunt, it was very clean, we were served by Din and Rob and given a choice of tables.The menu was clearly explained to us, I can't fault the service at all.As we were waiting for our food, we were given regular updates.We ordered one Pepsi and one tap water, the tap water arrived in a bottle, with a glass containing ice. This was a really nice touch which is often overlooked.For the mains, we ordered the tenders and the beef burrito. We were very pleased with both choices. Again, Din and Rob regularly checked up on us to ensure we had everything we needed.Overall, I must say I can't fault this restaraunt at all. The service and food were both excellent.

After a little walk around the centre, my wife and I were looking for a place to eat, and after looking at a few places, decided on here, and boy, are we glad we did. On the outside it was clean as it was inside as well. The waiter was nice and pleasant.I ordered the beef burrito and beef loaded fries and what a portion you get. It was delicious and highly recommend.
