Had the pleasure of attending the Birthday party of a very special little boy at The Pyramid Centre this Saturday. Where shall i start lovely big room spotlessly clean with a secure outside space for the children to play in, plenty of tables and chairs and a spacious well equiped kitchen.No trouble parking ample spaces for all and i believe very competively priced.

Hasn't been used to its best potential in recent years, but is now under new management. More people are aware that it is available for hire at very competitive prices. They have one large hall, big enough for functions,as well as rooms to the sides. There is a fully fitted kitchen. A large green area for outside use. Disabled facilities and wheelchair friendly.

Absolute dump, grotty, run down and generally nasty, avoid like the plauge unless you have it in which case go there as they have a testing centre

Was a little tricky to find but once we found it everything was OK. We went for a COVID screening. It was very busy and the helpers giving so much information all at once which was hard to comprehend because they were SO busy and had no where near enough staff to be able to cope. In the end I had to take my partners swabs as he didn't understand what to do.

Pyramid Community Centre
This a community run centre. It has a main hall with two smaller rooms for hire. There is a well appointed kitchen off from the main hall. It is run by caring staff that look after elderly users and make sure everyone who uses the centre is accommodated for. There is a high degree of cleanliness throughout. There are toilet facilities and there is disabled access to the centre. Overall this is a valuable asset for the Bretton area although I use it for a ukulele group and travel to it from outside the immediate area. There is ample car parking nearby.
