Excellent service from Mike who is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about bikes. He explained very clearly the key features of the Explore E+ 1 Pro D GTS. Our test rides around the carpark really helped us decide on the key features that suited us best.

The stock is great and the staff are really helpful. The woman serving us was really friendly and patient, going above and beyond to help us choose a bike.

So, finally managed to clear enough space in my garage to unbox my new 2021 Giant Fathom 1 29er today which was puchased around 5 weeks ago.I purchased and paid online 19th January 2021 and received confirmation email straight away explaining that due to covid delivery may be delayed up to two weeks which wasn't a problem as I wasn't really ready for it but with stock around the country running out fast I needed to get one bought.The communication with the store was good and nothing seemed too much trouble.Pleasantly surprised, (and a bit shocked), when it turned up just 2 days later.Wow, looks even better than the pics on any website, a nice metallic grahite grey and a lot of spec for that price bracket.Partially assembled in the box so literally just had to fit the front wheel and pedals. It didn't/doesn't come with any but I had already purchased some nice Shimano pedals.First ride? Gear change is nice and precise, brakes will need a bit of bedding in but early signs are encouraging and dropper seat post is smooth. I did have to add air to both tyres and a bit to the front forks being a slightly bigger chap.My only, very slight, critisism is the freewheel being a bit noisy as in you can hear the ratchet whereas my previous Giant Fathom was silent.All in all a cracking bike and top quality service.I will be using this store again for future purchases and am more than happy to recommend to others. They also stock a huge range of parts and accessories, I have already purchased a bottle cage and some different grips.

New bike day here was a Great experience from start to collection. All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It’s no small purchase when buying a good spec EBike and was made enjoyable with no pressure, just great advice and friendly service. Can’t wait to get out on it, thanks for the bike. Over the moon is a understatement.

Collected an e-bike from Giant today. Not used it yet, but excited to try it out. Excellent service from AJ in store. Good Covid protocols in place.

We came to Giant because of recommendations locally about how amazing the bikes are. The e-bike range is quite superior to other ones we looked at and it took a year to decide on one.We had great customer service from the man who rides mountain bikes for fun. He spent time to explain everything in detail on our first visit.That was, however, up until the bike eactually arrived in store. We were led to believe we could customise the bike but on the day we picked it up, were hurried through. We bought two inner tubes and a pump, based on recommendations from the man.Unfortunately, 4 days after having the bike, it got a puncture. I called the store who accused me of riding over a stone and told me there was no money back guarantee. Considering the person on the phone told me that a stone can puncture a tyre, I am genuinely concerned with the quality of tyres on this product and if it is even fit for purpose. The motor and battery are so superior and the cost of the bike, you would think the tyres would match them. But no.When my partner tried to fix it, we discovered it was a drawing pin that had caused the puncture so he decided to fix it. This did not go well. The new inner tubes we bought fit but he couldn't pump them up with the pump we were recommended. The inner tubes were not identical to those on the bike, which we were not made aware of. The valve was shorter.He decided to swap the inner tubes and I called to check they would be able to do this at the Giant store. I asked if they had stock of inner tubes for all bikes sold. They said they had loads and it wouldn't be a problem. So he drove 20 miles to change them over to find out they had none. He was then insulted by the manager, told he wasn't doing it right and bought the wrong pump. I may not be perfect at maintenance but my partner is perfectly capable. Then was told he needed to buy a new pump for the inner tubes he had and that a higher priced pump wouldn't break the bank". Luckily a colleague was able to offer a pump at a lower price that would work.We have now decided not to return

Originally found a bike online, contacted the Norwich store to inquire about purchasing through cycle to work scheme. Spoke to Jake at the store who was extremely helpful, and processed the sale within a few hours. Kept informed of the process, purchase through despatch at all times. Really could not fault this store, or the website, in a time when it is becoming increasingly difficult to purchase the bike that you want, this was easy.
