Rang up for a price for a tyre, was told to come round at 10am the next day, went round next day no one available to fit the tyre, told to come back later, went back after lunch and told would have to leave the car with them, not a problem off to the shops i went, fella changed the tyre did a great job, went to the office pay and was overcharged, told the lady the price I was quoted and she practically snarled at me, accepted my payment but she was fuming, terrible way to treat people who just want to pay, clearly having a bad day in the office, won’t go back again as I couldn’t face her again, which is a shame really as the price and fitting was good.

Really helpful and knowledgeable. Been having problems with my tyre pressure reading and they were able to fix.

£120 to swap 4 tyres over! Included in the price was a massive scratch on each freshly painted wheel, black marks all round the rim and the balance weights basically slapped on not even straight. Thanks guys you lost what could have been a regular customer. lucky for me I found Ron Crosbie tyres now who will do the job at half the price.
