What an amazing Company based in Helston qfrom the minute we got in touch Gayle and Allen were so helpful and understanding that we needed to find a property really quickly with my new job. They found us the most beautiful House. From the start of the journey with Eclipse Property Cornwall it was stressless and everything was done to the highest standard. They are always on hand for any questions or queries. I cannot recommend this amazing family run business enough I can only give 5* but would definitely give them a 10 *

I have been a tenant with eclipse for nearly 4 years now and I couldn't be happier. Allen and Gayle have always been professional and committed to everything they do and they regularly communicate with me to ensure I am happy. I love where I live and having their full support makes everything so much easier, I would always recommend them as they are a brilliant, efficient and friendly team.

I would like to leave a review from a tenants point of view as every review on here is from a landlords perspective.This is the first review I have ever left; I am not the sort of person to usually bother, but after the unprofessional treatment myself and partner have had recently I have been compelled to do so.The first point I would like to make and part of the reason I scored 1 star was that Gayle did not act in accordance with the Housing Act 1988 and did not notify me when she was bringing prospective new tenants to view the property I was currently living in. We had organised a time for 1 viewing but she turned up more than an hour early, when I was feeling unwell in bed, with another prospective tenant.The second reason I am awarding Eclipse 1 star is due to the pure lack of professionalism I encountered when dealing with Gayle over the phone and especially in emails. I was made to feel pressured into agreeing with her and instead of staying impartial it is quite clear she was siding with our landlord. Not only that but emails belittling myself and the questions I had put forward to her.It’s safe to say I will never use this letting agent again.

As a Landlord you hope to get good tenants regular payments and no disputes or problems. You deal with itineraries, contracts, deposits and any disputes.Having tried this for two years and learned the hard way at considerable cost in today's rental market you need to use an agent to do this.Allen & Gayle at Eclipse now manage our Investment property. We took the full package that they offer and nothing is to much trouble. We are kept fully informed and their standards are very high .We now have total piece of mind and a professionally rented asset.

We had an awful experience with a member of this company’s team this morning.My partner and I had been successful in the vetting process and offered a rental we recently viewed. I spoke with the agent on the phone this morning and asked for 3 hours (until midday) to make a final decision and organise affairs.I was then threatened with a withdrawal of offer, and pressurised and guilt tripped into withdrawing myself in the end.This staff member began telling me of the other interested clients information…there occupation, where they would be working, there social situation.Breaching all confidentiality. Comparing our individual situations over our phone call and essentially making the decision that the other client was in greater need. I was then told they would be a better candidate for the property and that the landlord would decide….despite us being the 1st choice candidate for the house. I felt I had no choice but to withdraw.This was unbelievably hurtful to be judged such a way over the phone by a stranger who knows nothing of our current circumstances and desperation to secure a rental property.I’m aware rental property’s in Cornwall are a tough market.The bullying approach, lack of compassion or understanding, pressurising tactics and unprofessional manner has been emotionally upsetting and heartbreaking this morning.A formal complaint will be following.BE VERY CAUTIOUS with this company.

Eclipse Property have been looking after our premises for 2 years and throughout they have been efficient and professional. From the inventory and taking the property on, through minor issues with the house, everything has been dealt with swiftly and we as lanlords feel very comfortable with only minimal involvement on our part. I believe we also have a happy tennant so smiles all round.

I could not have wished for better letting agents. Alan and Gayle found tenants for my property within 24 hours and managed everything from moving in day right up to signing out day with 100% professionalism. A comprehensive photo file of my properties condition and itinerary made the whole letting experience stress free. My rent was collected and sent to me on the dot each month and a friendly E-mail let me know the rent had been paid each time. A lovey couple and a great agency.Clive.

Having let our house out for a number of years privately, initially having no problems, we then fell foul of bad tenants.After talking to Allen and Gayle we decided to ask them to take on the property under full management. This turned out to be the best decision we have ever made. Nothing is too much trouble, there are never any dramas when things need doing and we are kept up to date with everything.It has been three years now and we feel like a weight has been lifted from our shoulders and we know we can trust Eclipse to look after our property as though it is their own.Great letting agents make for happy landlords and happy tenants, and we would highly recommend anyone looking to let their property to speak to Allen and Gayle to find out how they can make the whole process seem effortless.

Allen and Gayle are the best, nothing is too much trouble, any problems they will sort straight away I’ve had to call them at 10pm on a weekend Regards no heating and hot water and they sort it quickly with no excuses about it being out of hours. I would recommend them above any other estate agents as I feel they genuinely care about the tenant unlike some companies I’ve rented from. They’re admin fees are also low In comparison to others who just keep putting prices up to do simple checks, it’s hard enough renting as it is without agents ripping us off...I will continue to rent from them as I trust them completely.

Eclipse were absolutely brilliant with helping us find a new home even during the difficult Covid -19 circumstances. We found them to be very responsive to phone calls and emails. Both Gayle and Michelle were very friendly and helpful during the whole process. I highly recommend Eclipse.
