We have taken our golden retriever puppy aged 7 months here three times so far, including an overnight stay, and been impressed by the attentive professional and loving staff members. They are consistent and helpful and our puppy is at ease there. The place is 5 star for a reason. A lovely family run business, and the kennels are spotless. Highly recommended to us, and we now also highly recommend them too. Thank you all for caring for our fur baby!

Took my 2 dogs here for a few days stay, was very dubious as it was their first stay in kennels but they seemed to absolutely love it, they came home very happy. The staff are all lovely and very friendly too. Would definitely recommend

Friendly, helpful staff who are very knowledgeable in the health and needs of cats, dogs and small animals. They ensure that all relevant vaccinations have and will happily administer medication and adhere to special/particular diets. They encourage opportunities to view facilities if you have never been before and the animal enclosures look spacious and clean. The good they provide is high quality. Our rabbit had a variety of greens as well as a good quality food (not muesli) and a plentiful supply of hay and water.A good price for small animal (rabbit) housing and I will definitely be using them again. A fantastic animal hotel.

I've dithered somewhat about writing a review for this place. North Lincolnshire Council carry out inspections of all kennels and catteries in the area and this is one of only two that are rated at five stars. I'm sure that is the correct rating for the guidelines they are checked against but in my view it is all just too clinical for me.I have absolutely no doubt that pets taken here will receive outstanding care but (there had to be a but didn't there?) It just seems all too clinical. I know dogs get taken out for a walk but even so it all seems too by the book. There doesn't seem to be room in the establishment for a bit of love for the animals in their care.Would I take my cats back there? Well on balance it is a no from me. There is another cattery rated at five stars but I might just go to one closer where four stars means not so clinical but there is a bit more love. One final point. This may well sound a bit nit-picking but if you want to display the certificates held by staff then merits and distinctions good but passes not so good. It is also worth showing what the qualification covered.

Never had any issues here. It is very popular and books up quickly which in itself tells you all you need to know.

Just picked up our dog and was charged £30 for 1 night . I dropped my dog off at 9am and collected here at 12 noon the next day which is over a £1 per hour to get your dog sit in their kennels . They say they charge per day @ £15 per day but if you go away for the night £30 is the least you will pay . As long as I have our dog I will never take our dog back there . They cannot blame increased fuel prices and other increased costs as we provided our own dog food. No wonder they can afford their big house with these prices as it will not be the staff getting our money with good wages #ripoff #lostcustomer

Staff is super kind, rates are fairly standard (for cats at least). Although the living conditions for the cats is slightly questionable. They have a small area to move around and there is a loud droning noise in the room where they all are ( I do not know if it is always like this, but if it is I'm sure it would annoy the cats). Enjoy some pictures of my cat, Frank, when he arrived for the first time. Some advice for the business: offer an option to update the owner of the cat or dog with what the pet is up to; for example i miss my cat and would like to know what he's up to once every few days so I don't get worried. I don't know if they have this already, but if they do it wasn't obvious to ask for it.

Very clean, wrll l kept kennels.and dedicated area for animals to be walked nd all the pets looked cared for. Offer a bathing service for when you pick up your dog , so he/she is all clean and another job that's you don't need to worry about.
