Fantastic service. I called up mid morning to complain that my wheels are losing pressure. ETS took my wheels on the same day and were done in time for me to pick them up on the same day!

Nipped in to the upper dale road branch today. Jon the branch manager was welcoming and served us with a high level of customer service. All lads there were lovely and said morning when passing by. The work carried out was high standard and the price was reasonable for the work completed. We also had a quote for an advisory repair and that was again fairly priced. Stood waiting I was impressed to see the work environment been upbeat and all looking happy to be there doing their jobs. Top credit to Jon! As a manager he was available at reception for arriving customers. But also made a conscious effort of nipping out to check on his lads and their work, also helping and just always on the go. A huge credit to you at ETS! We will use again and highly recommend. Thank you lads. Adam and Hayley.

Upper Dale Road, Derby, 8.30am, Saturday. Excellent service with absolutely no notice. Young man was very knowledgeable as well as extremley helpful. I left my damaged tyre with them and picked up fully replaced 90 minutes later. Excellent turn round, service and price. I was able to go straight to my golf match with total price of mind.Well done team, very impressed.
