London’s worst building, DO NOT MOVE THERE (especially 1 and 30 Casson Square, which are right by the railway). The building is right next to a faulty and extremely noisy railway (loud banging stemming from the rail points). Unfortunately the bedrooms have no wall (only glass windows) - whilst very aesthetic this doesn’t stop the noise. We couldn’t sleep at night, nor could our neighbours (everyone on our floor admitted they couldn’t sleep at night). We managed to get out of the lease but some of our neighbours bought their flat and have no other option but to sell or rent out…

A new precinct comprising the surviving core component of the former “Shell Centre”(1962) redeveloped as primarily residential apartments.Framed by 7 new buildings (excepting on the north) comprising mostly residential, a dabble of mixed-use, restaurant, retail and public squares/spaces leading directly onto Jubilee Park/The London Eye/Thames river.Currently impersonal and aloof territory, essentially purposed to provide a safe environment and passage through secured forecourts to the domain of chary concierges and circumspect corridors. And effectively fulfilling this function.
