Prep Perfect

It's been a few weeks since I started using Prep Perfect's weight loss meal plan and I could not be happier. They are always fresh, low in calories and taste delicious. The scales are finally going in the right direction.There are lots of great options to choose from and that's with me being quite a picky eater! I would recommend them to anyone.

Having ordered prep for many years this company is by far the best. I work 50+ hours a week i have a child and I like to train a few days a week its difficult to sometimes have a healthy dinner or lunch without being tempted to go to the big m (other fast food are available) prep is easy to store, cook, instructions are clear and precise nutritional value is on the dishes perfect and the gourmet range is clearly done to high restaurant standard

Prep Perfect reduces my meal prep anxiety!! I have been ordering from Prep Perfect about once a month since October 2019, and have been satisfied with both the food content and quality. They've recently added new dishes, and the delivery time is quicker for my most recent order (TWO DAYS!), so I am a very happy customer for that. I do wish the variety was changed up a little more often for what is offered; maybe the pandemic hurt there. I typically use the Prep Perfect meal as my lunch and sometimes evening meal. I like the nutritional breakdown on each container, so I can add that to my meal tracker.

Currently doing the weight loss 7 day plan and am on my second order so far. I Enjoy eating one of these meals a day over 14 days instead of twice a day for 7 days.Really happy with the meals and think I've now found my favourites (which I've ordered multiples of!).Fish dishes, Halloumi, Turkey etc really tasty. If I had any constructive feedback it would be that the beef dishes in my experience were very tough. Saying that, really enjoyed the beef burger as it was really tender.Overall, feel like meal prep has given me back the luxury of time. Nothing better than not having to worry about food shopping and then cooking at the end of a hard day working. It's also brought balance and control to my diet, and removed the anxiety surrounding portion sizes and planning food. I've never tried a meal prep company before. So after doing a bit of research, I thought I'd give Prep Perfect a go. To say I was impressed is an understatement. So much so, I've just finished tucking into my second order with them. The Cottage Pie is to die for!

I have used prep perfect for the last 5/6 months. After bouncing around other similar companies before and could never settle on one which suited my dietary requirements, I have finally found that match with prep perfect! All meals are packed with flavour and they offer a huge variety so you never get bored. Would definitely recommend, now my go to prep company.

I have tried numerous meal prep companies. These are reasonably priced with very average packs.The meals gave the impression that they are rushed. You know, lets bang out 100 meals and quick!Fish was good (pictured) chicken was low quality and chewy in several packs.

I recently ordered for the first time and wasn't disappointed! My order arrived early on delivery day, leaving me free to do everything I needed to do that day. The meals were all as on the website and correct, with the nutritional info on each meal. I have just tried my first two and they were ready in 3 minutes and looked and tasted incredible! I have had a few questions and emailed them over, with a fast and helpful response. I gave 4 stars as I'd like to see more plantbased options (using 'fake' meats especially), and also more 500+ calorie options in the weight loss plan (I believe only two of the meals are over 500 calories). There may be a way to do this, hopefully at the same price like the 2 other 500 + calorie options, so I have emailed to ask. All in all, very impressed! Also the best variety.

Brilliant Meal Prep Service!I've wanted to try a meal prep service for a while for the convenience and for healthy eating but wasn't sure how good it would be for me as I'm vegetarian. However, Prep Perfect have lots of nice veggie options and I enjoyed everything they sent me! The food was tasty, the service was first class, and it really did make life so much easier as I didn't have to think what to cook! Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend.

I ordered the 7 day package halal meals, lunch and dinner. The packaging and delivery was good. I found the meals really bland and tasteless. However continued to eat through the meals for 2 days. The rest are in the freezer I just did not enjoy the food. The ingredients are all good but the seasoning is almost absent. So, it was money that was not well spent. Sorry disappointing.
