Our order got missed. It was dealt with quickly when I queried as several people that had come in behind us received their drinks before we did.We didn't have food so can't comment on that.

Tamworth Costa great staff and very friendly Dan behind he counter excellent with the customers and its clean one fault the chairs outside very uncomfortable

I am a great fan of Costa and the coffee as always great. The staff as always super. My only niggle is that the tables could be cleaned a bit more regularly. If so, I would give five stars all round.

Asked for biggest coffee in a cup for sit in and got none of these things. In addition to lack of attention staff also doesn't even know how Costa app works.

Friendly staff, good selection of food and drinks, seating area clean and tidy although the toilets are often in a poor state due to certain customers" - I feel sorry for the staff having to keep cleaning them. One of the better branches of Costa from recent experience."

Love the coffee and scene of the environment. This place was great asking me if I wanted points or whether I wanted to use my free coffees via the app. It is what it is, kids are bored as no real item for little ones but hot choccy saved the day. Customer care always at the front of their minds.

Great shop, the usual mediocre costa coffe, but when a young lad is the barista the coffee's better. A few tables outside for the smoking lads. One of the best places to enjoy your coffee in Tamworth

Costa is a firm favourite for all my friends and although at this Costa I asked for two white hot chocolates and I ended with ordinary, they did make me what I asked for and allowed me to keep the ordinary, which was really good.
