I ordered a pet bed and it has not been sent by yourselves to the delivery company. Your office told me it has been sent but I am still awaiting my pet bed. I have rang a number of times to the office they said they would come back to me with an update. No such luck. I have now requested my money to be credited back to me as I do not have the time or patience contacting companies that have bad service.

I have ordered different beds from Bunty and love them all, as do my dogs and cats. Great products at affordable prices. Great customer service when we’ve had missing items.

Our dog loves her woodland bed, great quality, waterproof but soft well padded and comfortable. One of your car seats is next on our purchase list.

Initially had a quality issue with the bed we ordered and Sam @ Bunty got in touch and resolved the issue straight away. Although disappointed with the initial purchase Sam made sure it was resolved straight away and kept me up to date with the process.Would I buy from here again? Yes.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I bought 5 large ,cosy couch beds, sold under the ‘waterproof’ section and described as “ This dog sofa bed is crafted from a tough water resistant canvas to reduce accidental damage from claws and chewing”Within 2 days the material had ladders in it as it is extremely thin . My dogs only used the beds for a few hours whilst supervised and the ladders were all over the beds. I could see through the material. The bed was also not even remotely waterproof or water resistant. The material Is a soft, thin textile. I emailed within 5 days of the arrival of the beds. I was asked to produce photos. We then were away so I sent the photos on our return still within 30days. By the time Bunty got back to me we were over 30 days and they have refused to give my money back saying we are out of the time period when I clearly contacted them of issues straight away.I spent a small fortune on beds that are not as advertised and not fit for purpose from a company that are clearly deceiving people. They offered me 20% money back for 5 beds which now have holes and ladders all through them and are soaked through from not being water resistant. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone use their products or services. I have also contacted trading standards in regards to this matter*See reply below from this awful company.*I emailed you within 2 days of the delivery of the beds and have the proof of that as you well know. How terrible of you to suggest I’m lying and the beds were heavily used in those 2 days! Your reply and complete lack of acceptance of your terrible product has proved my point. Despite problems due to covid the item I ordered was delivered within 5 days. It was an extra large faux leather dog bed and it arrived well packaged, in immaculate condition, and ready to use straight from the box ie. not vacuum packed like some dog beds. My dog absolutely loves it. Superb value for money.

Hi had a few issues with delivery of my order. Sam called me apologised and sent a further bed to me. Lovely bed really great quality, worth the wait. Have patience with delivery issues. Wil come back again

Bunty beds are by far the best I have used them for about six years. They are very hard wearing, waterproof and wipe clean which is what you need with four dogs. Size wise somehow one of the large beds will take two boxadors and a boxer all snuggled together. I have tried other brands but they don’t compare I always come back and use Bunty.
