Shockingly poor customer service.Charged for a product I did not request when I asked for the photocopy of a passport. I wanted the front copied which is why I did not open up the passport as I handed it over the counter. After I explained to the lady that the copy she handed me was not what I asked for she still insisted on charging me for it! When I told the lady I did not need nor want that copy she commented that she did not want it either. What a ridiculous response! Had that copy not been of a passport with sensitive information I would have walked away. Seeing as I couldn't very well leave that information with strangers I had no option but to take the copy and so paid the sodding 50p. The issue is not the cost, it is the principle that when you buy a product or service you pay for what you have chosen. Fair enough misunderstandings happen, but once they are clarified, to still charge for a mistake is an appalling disgrace.
