They provide a good, clear and a comprehensive service. The personnel are diplomatic and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Moreover, the telephone is always picked up quickly.

Email them to tell company something, they don’t, email them expecting a reply, they don’t reply, eventually they tell you to email a different account, makes no difference at all. Useless paying you for holiday. Sit there getting paid for you working yet they don’t do the little things that you rely on them doing. Worst agency I’ve been with. Also contacted them about sick days so they would let company know. Walked into work and they were annoyed because guess what, they had no idea where I was. Useless

Tried to register but do not have a camera to take more photographs, was told that the photos I have on file (that I have used to register with other Agencies) were not sufficient. Minai was rude, insistent that I can in fact supply photos. Despite me explaining the situation, he kept insinuating I was lying.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Unlike most agencies I've worked for, staff reply to msgs and phone calls. Always willing to help where possible and work is regular. Woukd highly recommend hrgo to family and friends

Dreadful team. Worse hrgo ive ever come across in 5 years of working with them. Kat is the rudest recruitment agent i have EVER come across. Considering these peoples wages & bonuses are paid by the workers wage its disgusting. i was offered a role here being told it was 5 days a week which then became 1 day here & there. When i explained i wouldnt be interested in a role with barely any hours & zero routine kat decided to try belittle me telling me 'a jobs better than no job.No kat. It really is not when you have bills to pay you need consistent work not a few hours. & either way its down to me to accept the role not yourself. Since this happened this woman has prevented me from getting multiple jobs because she didnt get her own way. Disgusting behaviour. Gone elsewhere will never use this place againHad to repost as my review was deleted. Received a message from hrgo trying to pass the blame on elsewhere. Terrible service.

Worked for HRGO as a test center operative in Coventry. Found their staff to be very professional and they followed all the government guidelines in getting the right people in. Was a great rate of pay and paid weekly for every hour worked. The only reason I’m not working for them now is I had to take a month off ill but would definitely work for them again and would recommend them.

The people, the staff, everybody are so so so lovely, however I was promised work throughout Christmas and throughout the Summer. I've only ever been given two 4 hour shifts while there are other people at this agency who get work far, far, far, more frequently than I do...

My brother signed up, and was offered work until Christmas.. He did one day & was told there was no more work!! He is a good worker & was very disappointed. Then he was offered another post, which again only was for one day. He should have been told if the jobs were not going to last longer than a day.
