Our taxi never turned up. Everytime we managed to get through to the driver or office it was a new excuse with a new estimated time of arrival. This was ongoing for hours and they never arrived. Please never use them to avoid a horrific experience.

Outgoing trip booked 5 days prior to journey. They say they give you the drvers details one day before. They never did despite several calls and mails. When i arrive at the airport no driver is waiting. Two hours later and after several calls they send another driver from another company. Return trip the same. They had no driver until late in the night and telling they had giving ne phone numbers of him that were not registered! After several calls and a lit of yelling they foynd a guy. Worst experience ever. Dont use them

Please don’t use this company. They are unapologetically terrible and will leave you stranded without even being sorry about it! I pre booked a taxi for my nephew to visit me on Boxing Day. This company appeared to be cheaper than others (that was a sign it was too good to be true) so I chose them. I emailed them several days before just to confirm it was booked and they said everything was fine and they would be there. On Boxing Day they just didn’t turn up. No phone call, nothing. When I tried to contact them they just ignored all my attempts. In the end I had to frantically call around to find another taxi last minute and pay extortionate bank holiday rates and my nephew finally arrived 5 hours later than scheduled. They are so unprofessional and should not be in business. If I could give zero I honestly would for these people!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Being a foreigner arriving in Reading and not knowing the station, I asked for directions to where to meet my taxi. They told me at the main entrance. As there are 2 entrances and 3 places that taxis stop I spent 20 minutes walking around with my luggage looking for the taxi. They had not given me his ph no so I could not even call from a call box. I did not have a UK Sim card in my ph. Eventually a black cab driver assisted me in phoning the company and I found the taxi wasn't in any of the taxi ranks, but in the underground parking. Then because I had taken half an hour he charged me extra for waiting!! If the company had given clear instructions I would not have had to overpay for my trip.

Dodgy company ! Scam !One operator quoted me £40 each way … then when i called back another guy tried to quote me £70 .Then they tried to block me when i realised they tried to scam meThis is not a real taxi company . Avoid !!! I will report them to the council and police for operating illegally.

DO NOT USE. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I booked a day in advance for intercity travel. At that time they seemed really keen for the business. Then they called me an hour before departure time to say the car had broken down and they could only arrange one for me at a much higher price. They were completely apologetic, even laughing on the phone while talking to me. They refused to take responsibility or provide any solutions.

We booked 3 long transports for our UK vacation, and this was a mistake. The first ride was at 9 am from London. 9:15, no driver, no phone call. I called and was told he had car trouble. The driver called and said he'd be there by 9:30-9:45. He arrived a little after 10. This was a bummer, but we were assured our next ride would be fine. Just 2 days later, our driver was expected at 9 am in Bath. I called at 8:45am to verify we were on track. The assigned driver said he had rejected the job the night before because the price they offered was too low. I called MyTaxe, and they said the driver unfortunately had a car trouble (lie) that was not their fault, but wound be coming now that the car was fixed. The driver arrived after noon & said he had no car trouble & MyTaxe hadn't followed up with him. We missed our timed tickets in Stratford upon Avon & arrived too late to see most sites because they close at 4 (we arrived at 2 instead of the scheduled 11). They offered no help or even a partial refund. They lied about the drivers and their scheduling. We couldn't trust the next part of this trip to the company as we have to get to a bus that is not flexible, so we've requested a refund, but I doubt we'll get it. We had to eat the cost of the hotel in Stratford and pay extra for a train and hotel in Birmingham in order to make the bus in the morning. MyTaxe cost us 500-800 extra pounds (depending on if they offer a refund) & we lost 2 days of time. They are completely unreliable and will not make things right. Forgive typos as I'm writing this is the car. I hope this helps someone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Complete scam. Phoned us on the day of our booking (new year's eve) that the taxi was not available and it would cost us an extra amount (double) to book a new one. No alternative options were available to us at such short notice

I pre-booked a taxi and paid a deposit. This was confirmed the day before. On the day of the service itself MyTaxe called to say they could not provide the taxi unless we paid an extra 50% on the agreed price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Demanded an upfront payment of over £600 for a minibus return journey to a wedding. However, despite taking the payment, the driver never turned up; the company provided no explanation or pre-warning and didn't answer any calls. Resulted in 30 people having to make last minute plans and being late to a family wedding.
