2 / 2I am deeply dissatisfied with the manner in which this company handled our business interaction, finding it highly unprofessional. My initial request was for the creation of a banner, and I was informed by the representative, Mohammed, that it could be completed on the same day, which eased my concerns about meeting our deadline.During our initial conversations, Mohammed assured me that, although the company didn't operate on weekends and the upcoming Monday was a bank holiday, he would have the banner ready for me on Tuesday. I agreed to this arrangement and appreciated his consistent communication over the weekend, ensuring that I had provided all the necessary information for the project.However, on the expected day of follow-up regarding some adjustments I had messaged him about, Mohammed neither called me nor responded to my calls and messages. As the day progressed without any communication, I sent a colleague to their office since we are located nearby.Unfortunately, upon my colleague's visit to their office, it was closed, and after several attempts to contact them by phone, they informed my colleague that they would return in a few hours.Later in the day, my colleague returned to their office, only to find it still closed with no response to phone calls. At this point, I remained in the dark with no communication from their end.I must emphasize that I never left a negative review, as I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, understanding that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, it is currently Monday, and I had urgently needed the banner last week Tuesday. Regrettably, I have not received any form of explanation or apology, despite the severe consequences this delay has had, including a missed opportunity at a career fair.
