Great gym to train. instructors are knowledgeable, all the guys are very welcoming and friendly. Has wide range of classes for all ages and abilities. Even run a women's only Thai boxing class.

If your looking to loose weight and have a laugh at the same time then BJJ might be for you :) I lost 4st the first year I started training with Ben. I've been with him for over 3 years now. I would gladly recommend these classes to anyone. Kids classes are available here too. The club is suited to everyone regardless of skill or fitness level.

Great place to reinvent yourself. I have started ladies only Thai boxing class and now gained enough confidence to train in the adult class. People are very friendly and supportive towards beginners.
