Love this shop for 25 years.Never disappoints. Even when I am not suited to a seasonal style, I'll still find items that I love. Their male fragrance selection is vast & affordable & lasts as long or longer than most more-expensive brands.Love this shop for 25 years.

The staff had no sense of urgency or decent retail management standards. Totally millennial take it or leave it attitude. I had a big purchase in my hand but the till staff were so phaffy and lax, keeping a queue of customers waiting I ditched the items and left. They're doing a great job of losing revenue for their company and killing the highstreet.

I really enjoy the clothes but hate the shopping experience. The store is incredibly hot and has been for over a year, I often just go and try on 3 items if I’m feeling bloated and will walk away having lost all my water weight. Much cheaper than a sauna or steam room. People complain that the staff are rude and curt, but honestly I’d probably be a little bit snappy if I had to work on the surface of the sun.

One of my most visited stores. Love their products and their men section is quite larger compared to other brands in Oracle .

Staff is very rude. When I asked to get a parcel I was told to walk dowstairs. I was with the baby and the buggy, and there is no lift at the store. The girl said no Hello. Asked what I want. Terrible experience. I only shop online

Everything is expensive but quality is so good. Trending items is available in ZARA. The people who likes the modern dresses can buy their products.

The most run down, abandoned looking shop I've ever been in. Clothes strewn across the floor, walls peeling paint, and lights broken. This place is genuinely a disgrace to Zara.As others have pointed out, the staff have no sense of urgency, and don't seem interested at all in serving customers. One member of staff was wondering around the store kicking items of clothing under tables to clear a footpath for people between the items of clothing dumped on the floor. There was no organisation of items - the price tags didn't match the price displayed above the rails. This place is genuinely the most run down shop I've been in in a long time.

Zara in The Oracle Shopping Centre, Reading is a large and well-stocked store with a wide range of clothing, shoes, and accessories for men, women, and children. The store is always busy, but the staff are generally helpful and efficient. The quality of the clothes at Zara is generally good, but it can vary depending on the item. Some items are made from high-quality materials and construction, while others are more cheaply made. Prices are also variable, but Zara is generally more affordable than other high-street fashion brands. One of the best things about Zara is that it has a very fast turnaround time on its collections. New items are added to the store twice a week, so there is always something new to see. This can be both a good and a bad thing. On the one hand, it means that you are always likely to find something you like. On the other hand, it can also be tempting to overspend, especially if you are easily swayed by the latest trends.Overall, Zara is a good option for fashionable clothing at affordable prices. The store is large and well-stocked, and the staff are generally helpful. However, it is important to be aware that the quality of the clothes can vary, and that it is easy to overspend if you are not careful. Here are some additional pros and cons of Zara in The Oracle Shopping Centre, Reading:Pros:Wide range of clothing, shoes, and accessories for men, women, and childrenFast turnaround time on collectionsAffordable pricesHelpful and efficient staffCons:Quality of clothes can varyEasy to overspendStore can be very busyOverall, I would recommend Zara in The Oracle Shopping Centre, Reading to anyone looking for fashionable clothing at affordable prices. Just be aware of the potential drawbacks before you shop.
