Samantha - The Holiday Village

This was my 1st time using this kind of booking.I booked a holiday to Gran Canaria with Samantha today who made it very easy, it was a very goodexperience.I will definitely book with her for future holidays. Nothing was too much effort, answered endless queries, searched again & again as I changed my mind on what we wanted, went above & beyond, giving great advise with a real personal touchVery grateful, thank you Samantha

Sam is a superstar!!Have booked a few holidays with her, some still to take, but nothing is too much trouble. She answers all queries quickly, sorts issues and even changed a holiday very last minute for us at no cost, when we found out the hotel we'd booked had loads of building work going on!She's on the ball with all the paperwork and sorts everything to make your holiday booking process as straightforward and stress free as possible.Can't recommend Sam highly enough.

Sam is amazing, I have booked quite a few holidays with her and just booked two more. I always need extras put on and she sorts everything from start to finish. Even when I randomly message. She also helped my friend on several times sort her holiday out which she didn’t have to and they will be booking with Sam next time too. Honestly five stars is not enough for Sam. After being nervous about booking my first holiday away with my little family, Samantha helped me and reassured me every step of the way! Sam was easy to get hold of and i could ask anything and i always got a detailed reply. Although I must have been a pain, Sam could never do enough! I wouldn't go anywhere else! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Highly reccomend!
