Ordered a delivery, meals were wrong and was given something i can't eat due to allergies. Walked in to sort it out and was met with a young snotty manager who wouldn't listen and told me to complain to delivery company. Didn't acknowledge they had messed up and wasn't bothered about allergy side. Need to retrain your managers in customer service!!!

The place is dirty. The tables are not clean. The lavatory closes after 6pm and you need to go to the next Cafe across the road to wash your hands or use a toilet. How about the sanitation norms?! Never heard? The service in other places are much better

Here is my 2 day long endeavour with this place (never going back!)Ordered delivery last week, was confused why it hadn’t come after an hour, so went to the restaurant for the manager, I was told by a worker to go outside when suddenly. I found the manager with his face in one of the dumpsters, I think he must have been taking out the trash or something, I was really appalled with this behaviour so I went inside to complain once again, they profusely apologised and made my food for free. (First good thing they did) I snatched my food from the sticky hands of the worker, as she yelled slurs. Went back home to enjoy my burger and apple pie pockets, once I unwrapped my burger I realised there was some kind of runny ketchup thing leaking from the bun, but I didn’t order ketchup. Lifted the bun to find chucks of peculiar meats surrounded in globs of ketchup, but of the meat pieces was almost unmistakably a HUMAN EAR! Was fearing for my life at this point so I threw the food from my apartment window on a homeless man, next I was hyperventilating as I unwrapped my apple pie pocket, I started to hear buzzing, then I realised there were bees flying out the end, I screamed (almost got evicted -_- ) then suddenly the pie burst open and I saw a live beehive, I’m allergic to bees so I was screaming and crying, I ran out of my apartment with my Epi-pen after throwing the beehive at the homeless man. I’ll do a Pt2 soon.

Hit the spot after a long coach ride. They served the fries fresh, so you know it's serious. Also, the security guard was friendly and had a nice way to him.

Very slow service, even though it was a quiet time of the day, and not many people in.It’s okay. Just nothing special. Frustrating seeing most of the staff stood around talking whilst a few work, meaning they have to pick up more work for those doing little, and meaning the customer has to wait longer.

It varies. When quiet you're served quickly. Busier times you wait ages and have to ask the staff where your order is. Often the self order screens have no receipt paper so you have to remember your number. That said, in Plymouth it's alright so I go back. Worth knowing what its like though.
