One of the best gyms I've ever been to. They do great classes for all fitness levels and have a good range of equipment. Staff are so welcoming and always offer their expertise whenever you need it. This is a family run gym and I couldn't recommend it enough. The staff make you feel at home.

Such a fantastic gym. Family run, friendly, welcoming and with extremely knowledgeable and helpful Trainers. Came here just over two months ago and I’ve not looked back. Membership is rolling so not tied into long contracts, with additional deals for couples and families. Last but not least they have every type of equipment you’d need and lots of it - free weights, machines, cardio and crossfit. Oh and single sex saunas. What’s not to love!!

Love this gym. The mrs and I have been going here for 6 months near enough after struggling for a decent gym around here. Lovely little family run gym with a great group of members and some decent kit.

Best equipment out of any gym I've been to. Very friendly members and even friendlier staff. Been here for around a year and can confidently say I plan to be here for much longer. They have a vast selection of equipment to choose from regardless of what your training style is, whether that be bodybuilding, cardio, powerlifting, function training etc they have it all.I strongly recommend getting a membership for yourself.
