Appaullimg experience. I was told my bike (K1600) was needed for 08.30 for a service and some updates so I got up at 05.30 to get there in time. When I collected it the next day at 15.00 it wasn’t finished (3000m service). The service managet gave me a 900 to ride 80 miles to the office and 80 back, it was freezing cold and he watched me plug my kit in but it didn’t work! I had already told them that I was thinking of a new gs but no attempt to put me on one!They handed my bike back to me half cleaned and with no panniers ( promise it had them when I took it in)The only positive point was the lady who does the coffee, very polite and keen to make sure I was comfortable.Shocking experienceBtw the software update took out all of my connections which nobody told me about and I missed the ferry due to them sodding around.

Personal and large thank you to Jack in servicing team and all the crew Bahnstormer. Always a pleasure to deal with. Sorted some warranty work out with no pain or quibble.Always going that one step further and genuine guys to chat to about bikes, riding, mods and all. Have recommended 3 BMW friends to come and use the crew.Attention to detail by the servicing team and mechanics is great! Refreshing to actually trust the work done by the guys working here.

I can't overstate how good these guys are. They are friendly, chatty and they know what they are taking about. Yes, they are a BMW dealer so you are going to pay higher than some! But here you seem to leave feeling happy and not feeling like you have been ripped off!

One of the best services that I have received in a bike dealership for a long time. Everybody that I dealt with was very polite and helpful and the place seems to be packed with great bikes, riding gear and facilities. A special thanks to Adam who let me get a couple of bikes out today for a test ride. This was my first experience with a bike with a boxer engine and really enjoyed it, but equally enjoyed the bike with the in-line four sporty engine. Also was very thankful for Adam's relaxed approach and the amount of time that I was allowed with the bikes in order to form a proper opinion. Thinking seriously of becoming a customer. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a biker for over 30 years and today was quite simply, the best experience I have ever had at a dealer/repairer!I arrived about 10 minutes before opening time, but the place was already buzzing with professional-looking, friendly staff. I checked my bike in for a scheduled repair and was offered a complimentary coffee straightaway. I was soon chatting with various members of staff, who made me feel both valued and welcome. The on site cafe bar was a nice additional touch, providing freshly cooked food to nibble on whilst watching my bike on a TV screen being processed for repair.My bike was fixed in quick time - I was still halfway through some work I was doing on my laptop!Despite being about 85 miles from where I live, this dealership is now my go-to place when I need work doing on my beloved R1200S.Thanks guys - you were just amazing!

Booked the bike in for a service the day after a bank holiday and when I arrived was told the service staff don't work the days after bank holidays! Not impressed.I was also overcharged £100 but didn't realise until I'd got home. Had to return to the shop as refunds couldn't be done on the phone which meant a 90 minute round trip.On the plus side the free coffee was good.
