The car was clean, delivered & collected on time.I was told that I would be provided with a Corsa, Fiat or something similar. But I was given an MG3, which is noticeably bigger than my own car. And also too big for someone my height. When I asked if I could have a smaller car, I was told that it was the smallest make of car that my local showroom uses.I can't understand why a company the size of Europcar, does not have smaller cars available in all their branches.

Known Trevor for years at Europcar, he seems kind hearted and likes to provide a good service. I think it is an efficient car rental place. Blueberry, the female receptionist, doesn't like me for some reason and speaks to me with hostility but I think it's just arbitrary who she likes or doesn't so not much I can do about it and I try to stay polite regardless. Generally happy with Europcar and I would recommend the company.

Our family hired a car from Europcar Watford in December while ours was being fixed. After returning the car they instantly highlighted two areas of damage and said we had to pay £500+ for repair. The video we took before hire showed these areas were already damaged, and Europcar suggested while we may not have caused the damage, because we didn’t show them the damage before leaving with the car we had to pay for the repair, and there was no record of it on a previous rental. After several emails back and forth highlighting the absurdity of this and threatening to take it further, they happened to find it WAS on a previous rental. Really disappointing behaviour from what we thought was a reputable company.1) Don’t use Europcar – Enterprise in Watford is a much more honest company – they even advised us on dealing with this matter2) If you HAVE to, make sure you evidence everything on the car very closely before getting in3) If they try to make you pay for damage you didn’t cause, push back!

Very disappointing experience, Europcar cancelled my booking twice with very little notice, before I was able to hire a car from Heathrow, which meant two additional hours of driving.When I enquired about taking the car back to Kingston instead of Heathrow, I was quoted £85 and then they charged me an additional amount, which I had never been told about.Customer Services never replied to any of my complaints and still refuse to reimburse me for the additional charge.I have already submitted my complaints to Customer Services several times and nothing has been done about them.

The polish lady at the front desk, is one of the best customer service executive in Britain I would say, she is very helpful and always cheerful. Helped us to guide through prices and process, patiently answered all our doubts. It was because of her attitude towards customers we went to get another car on the consecutive week. 5star is all to her and her hard work. Overall I would recommend to get cars from Europcar Watford .

Well, first of all the car wasn't ready when I came to pick it up. 1 1/2 hours after showing up I could finally leave with the rental, which was uncleaned (would have taken another hour or two).Second, Europcar deducted a slightly higher amount than they've invoiced. Calling the hotline didn't help, the operator on the phone didn't even understand my issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When requesting a quote I clearly stated the day on which I would return the vehicle. However, it never came up that I had to pay an additional fee for that. The staff were rude and argued with me upon pick up. I could have used a friendlier, cheaper company. I will never use or recommend Europcar agaib

Booked a van online for a saturday collection at 1pm, could have booked a later pick up but had a busy morning, arrived late to their office due to very heavy traffic around watford and particularly on the road the office is situated on, only to find they had closed the office, no mention of this anywhere on the booking and no phone call to advise us they were closing early. Very disappointed, really really poor customer service, not only had I paid for the van but also a £100 deposit on the item we were due to pick up.
