If you’re in sales, are you not suppose to go over help the customer and help sell some flooring?Well me and my partner went into Stockton group of staff stood around all laughing amoung them selfs, we looked around but we only wanted something cheap as moving in the next year, So we found some in the clearance section still they look over all laughing and talking we wanted to buy 12 x packs of laminate at £25 a pack so still £300 to spend again no one was helping or asked if we needed helpWe through our money was no good here so walked out and still they stood around doing nothing but joking this included managers as they where in more of a suit shirt style compared to the sales staffLost my custom wont be back

DO NOT ORDER FROM HEREPaid £700 for flooring which was totally mismeaured by themselves by SIX boxes and won’t give a refund on them as we obviously sign to say we want the flooring. Do not trust them, we ordered 14 boxes and have SIX left. Not the best customer service and obviously work on commission to do this to their customers.

Franks are fine taking the money for carpet etc. But when it comes to delivery and fitting. They are a joke, I have taken 3 separate days off work to have my carpet fitted, only to receive a call late in the day to say sorry can’t make it. You are better off going somewhere else.

Not impressed by so called customer service due to an issue with my order. Told 5-7 days and after 10 days had to ring and the manager couldn’t find order said would call back in half hour. 4 hours and nothing so called again and said heard nothing from supplier but did call back half hour later and said be Monday which was 4 days obviously hadn’t been ordered. Arrange fitting date only for carpet fitter to say who measured room as he had 4x3 metres ours was 5x3 as per order sheet so they had ordered wrong size !! They called to say error made which happens but then they ordered and said can’t give a time for fitting it would be some time the day after which after a long drawn out heated discussion as I wanted 1st thing so not inconvenienced due to work issues which they don’t seem to understand simply wouldn’t organise first fitting so I rang the carpet fitter who was so helpful and said if carpets there he would make it first job - simple and common sense used. Rang Franks back to say how easy just a polite call to fitter and I sorted myself and also an issue with door trim which the manager said he didn’t know what a vinyl click system was !!! Thought they were the flooring experts and won’t use again .

Fitters were great. couldn't fault them. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the information the salesperson gave me and when I was checking this with the store, the assistant manager had a major attitude problem.I was trying to get the correct information and clear things up but was met with aggressive and rude behaviour and he was constantly talking over me and just telling me I was wrong with no explanation.I ended up speaking to the manager who was able to clear things up and I advised he have words with his assistant who was just purely unprofessional and his manner was unacceptable.Overall, a decent service but let down by some staff members in the store.

Big warehouse of carpets at good prices.We came in and picked a carpet quite quickly. Despite the carpet we wanted being out of stock, the employee managed to get us a higher quality version of the same carpet at the same price saving us around 15-20% which is great.The store assistant was quite knowledgeable and was able to help us pick the carpet, underlay etc with ease.

Very helpful and take time with you even if they are very busy

Went to Frank's for my carpets, has my partner is buying them for me. Dealt with Michael, who was polite and knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. He's a credit to the company

Love this place. The staff don't bug you and we always seem to find off cuts so cheap for whatever we need. We needed some water prof laminate flooring for our bathroom. We found a reduced pack section and ended up paying only £24 to do our good sized floor. Never disappointed with the prices in here.
