Incredibly poor service I had taken my phone to be repaired here cracked screen and battery that would hold half a change and was told I would be better off buying a new one.. Ian was very rude and I felt so uncomfortable being alone with him. He was keep questioning me about my phone and kept asking did I have pictures on it. And he would be able to take them of for me.

Not very good. Went in to explain a problem I was having with my Xbox not starting, with my xbox in hand so he could take a look, but I was told straight away from my description that it was a motherboard issue and so it would cost too much to repair, might aswell buy a new one... Then, I gave it as scrap to my girlfriends tech smart brother and he diagnosed the problem quickly after opening it up and fixed it within a few days, just needed a new part for the power supply! NOT A MOTHER BOARD ISSUE MATE! Go back to tech school.

I got my screen replaced for just £50 which was a very good price compared to others. I went for an after-market screen so it is not quite a crisp in picture but for the price very good. It only took them about half an hour to fix.

I went to get a simple Nintendo switch charging port repair as my heat gun had broken at home and somehow they break the screen as well he then started accusing me of fraud because I Wouldn't pay him would give 0 stars if I could

Very poor customer service and very rude staff (in the other comment someone else described him as a psychopath" and my experience here begs to concur with that statement). The owner cursed in front of me with the "f" word as an reaction to my questions. No respect for customers whatsoever. Avoid by any means. The other shops of this kind are much more professional and customer friendly."

Very honestI used to work with the guy who runs this shop and I know how he operates.1) If something can be fixed he'll get it fixed2) He's scrupulously honest, to a fault. I've been in the shop when people have come in asking for something to be fixed and he'll show them how to do it themselves and not charge them.Yes the shop's a bit scruffy, he only takes cash and he lacks smarmy customer skills but I wouldn't take my broken gadgets anywhere else.

This was the first day of trading after the Corona Virus lock down and my son needed a new battery for his iphone 7 which had died more than a month previously. We left the phone at the shop in the early afternoon and were advised to return within an hour. On our return the new battery had been installed and the phone was working. This was a friendly and well conducted transaction and I would be happy to return if we have any further problems.

Great service, done and dusted quickly! Came in early morning on a Friday - cracked iPhone 6S screen and needed a replacement - with COVID-19 safe-guarding they took my details swiftly, noted £45 fee and 1-hour waiting time. Was all sorted quickly but unfortunately my camera was playing up so I returned again - he quickly sorted this as part of the service. Really impressed with the service and intuitiveness - thank you guys again as you saved me the hassle of venturing off to look at upgraded phones and 24-month contracts!
