Fast simple and efficient booking in process. Staff checked details of work noted on the service worksheet and made sure nothing else needed to be carried out. Staff were polite and very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. All in all an excellent booking in process.

The purchase process was brilliant however the aftercare is appalling. They will do all they can to get out of fixing problems and trying to mess you around to get beyond the first 30 days of ownership where you cannot then reject vehicle by not looking at faults, not returning calls etc and even damage your car when simply fitting mudflaps. They will revert to outright lies when dealing with complaints you then raise with Jaguar or the finance company. Will try to block any negative feedback on social media. AVOID and go to another dealer.....

I've had an extremely plesant and easy experience buying my new car.Alex Hicks was one of the most helpful and supportive salesmen I have ever worked with. Poor service from Sales at Marshall Jaguar Newbury. Received a marketing text offering to buy my ePace. Filled in details and got a fair indicative price online. However… it was a week before they could view the car and then a further week ( involving many unreturned calls ) before I finally got a valuation. That was significantly less than the indicated figure despite it being acknowledged the car was in excellent condition. Contrast that with the service from Cazoo who were quick and efficient. Car sold and gave me a price £1500 greater than Marshall offered. The Service Dept at Marshall Newbury has always been exceptional. It is a shame the Sales side doesn’t match up.

Great car - awful after sales service. No MOT as promised on collection. Encouraged to leave it 6 months until the due date - when done they found a major fault (which I highlighted to the sales person at the outset) but they refused to accept responsibility. Poor service from a premium brand who I have purchased 3 cars costing more than £40k each. Last complaint submitted in April - immediate call from manager followed by silence. Not good.

We bought a jaguar I pace from jaguar Newbury. The customer service was awful!!! Still chasing things up with them 3 weeks after purchasing our car. We are still awaiting a charging point after emails and phone calls made to jaguar. We then received a letter about our road tax not being registered that jaguar was said to have done for us. I would only recommend the Newbury branch if you want to do the work yourself!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
