Incredibly generous landlord. Brought food and a drink to me whilst I’ve been stranded in the heat for hours waiting for a recovery vehicle. Very kind and restored faith in humanity.

The Sunday carvery here was delicious, fantastic portion of very tender beef and the nicest roast potatoes I have had in a long time. Friendly and quick service and a wonderful atmosphere.

Lovely staff who were very helpful. On a motorcycle trip with friends my bike broke down close to the pub. Lee the manager was very accommodating and sympathetic. We used his facilities for many hours and ate/ drank there. Very clean premises and a warm welcome. Recommend
