Visited today for the second time over the last 6 weeks. Recently moved to the area so needed a new place to get a cut.As mentioned in a previous review, it all depends who you get. My previous visit was brilliant. Must of been there 30 min styled it after cut, did brows with razor and put some sort of cooling solution on. But today the guy was so miserable he clearly didn't want to be there. Max 10 min and done. Asked for short back 2 to 1 fade and sides with scissors on top. Had to remind the guy about the no1 as it wernt done, clearly to much trouble as he did that in 30 seconds just by the ears instead of all around the sides and back. After washing it when I got home there is random long bits all on top and the front lop sided. If I did go back, I certainly wouldn't have Mr 5ft cut it again

One of the best barbers in the city !! Got my cut from a guy named ibby, gave me an awesome trim and was really welcoming . Would definitely recommend to anyone who takes pride in there hair

Been having my hair cut by Kris for a while now, definitely recommend him or any other barber in there, they always do exactly what I ask for. They’re the best around.

i asked for a low skin fade and abit of the top with tiger scratches but i was given a high skin fade no tiger scratches and 3 inches short of my hair. He has also shortened out the amount of hair on my crown to such a small amount i can't brush it without the brush hurting my scalp. The photo on this review was what my hair was like after i washed it

My chap had his hair cut here and it was one of the best he’s ever had and it’s the same every time. Would highly recommend this barbers

Brilliant barber shop to go to very friendly and great service, especially Benny I’ve been having haircuts off him for 5 years now and have the perfect haircut everytime

I’ve been going to shelby’s this whole year and it’s by far the best barbershop I’ve ever been to. Special shout-out to Benny, as he is 100% the best barber I’ve ever had. He is a master of his craft and perfects every single haircut he provides. A lot of barbers I have been to haven’t had much passion for their job, and aim to get you in and out as quick as possible, without much care for the customers satisfaction. Benny, however, ensures that every single trim he provides completely satisfies you, and he always brings enthusiasm to his work, with great conversation, and top quality service, on top of a sharp trim. Benny’s high quality service has influenced me to make a 40 minute journey to the store each week for the past year, just to be trimmed by him, which speaks volumes to how professional Benny is and the service he provides. If you’re struggling to find a barber who will cut your hair to your EXACT wants and needs, then Benny and Shelby’s barbers are where you need to go. Best in the game!
