Professional and reliable throughout the process of choosing tiles and bathroom products all the way to the after care service once products were fitted and installed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, and they are my go to point for any future work where i might need more tiles or bathroom fittings. They have a great relationship with reps so I was in good hands and felt supported with any issues or queries I had. Great product knowledge and easy to work with. I recently bought some Tiles from Ali @Prime Tiles. His service from the beginning to the end was impeccable. I was after a particular tile, Ali managed to find this for me gave it to me at a price that was significantly cheaper than other companies. Upon delivery I had 4 broken tiles out of 100 odd, which is not bad. When I phoned Ali to let him know of the broken tiles he replaced them immediately without asking any questions. His after care is second to none, he ensures that his customers walk away happy and is always willing to address any issues.I totally recommend Prime Tiles, they have a great selection of tiles and at the best prices. They are pretty welcoming too and do not push for a sale. They offer great advice and help you design your bathroom/kitchen in regards to Tiling. Great company and very well managed.

10/10 service and products! Overall, I'm very glad that after all the hunting, we decided with Prime tiles. The quality of all the products they overall service we ended up with beautiful bathrooms. The prices are competitive and have great value, and the delivery was quick, efficient, and very clear. Thank you to Ali and his brother for the service provided.

If you need excellent quality porcelain tiles these are your guys. We got the Onyx Pearl 1200 by 600mm porcelain tiles by Museum and absolutely love them. Do not waste time going to Topps Tiles, you'll waste time talking to someone who knows nothing about tiles or just don't care. These guys are local and very knowledgeable. Thanks for all the help Ali. I'm a big fan of the Museum brand, you guys should definitely keep selling those. Almost went for natural stone marble, glad you guys talked us out of it. Saved a tonne of time on maintenance.

Would just like to say thank you so much to Ali and the team, you’ve been so helpful and understanding of my needs with how I wanted my bathroom and downstairs tiles to look. From start to finish these guys have gone above and beyond with their customer service and have had a great deal of patience with me. Would definitely recommend this store and it’s products.

I had an idea for a downstairs wet room./ Toilet, Tee listened and helped me put it all together and what a stunning result. I love it!From the start from ordering the tiles, the taps to the point of when they’re going to deliver Tee and his team provide a very good and professional service from start to finish.

EDIT on 21/8/2019In response to Prime Tiles reply on 28/6...You state that other fitters were reluctant to do the work after meeting me. That is a blatant LIE, after Cyprian let you down you only introduced me to one person, Bill, who did the job.You promised items would be ordered and available for Bill to fit, these werent ordered causing him to stop work mid week for one day. Extending us living in building site again.Regarding the drive, you promised to 'get a team over to clean the drive'. Unsurprisingly never happened. You paid me £100, £60 went to a decorator I had already paid to finish off the work that wasnt complete. There was cement ingrained in my stone drive from where your fitter was working. I had to purchase stone cleaner and jet was the drive twice and some marks remain.Your fitter completed the job at the end of June. He didnt refit all the tiles, leaving the ones under the toilet as it was a bigger job. My tiles are lose once again! Also, you left 3 large bags of commercial waste here that the dustmen wouldnt take, I had to take them to the dump myself.No tiles were replaced, the existing tiles were lifted and refitted. The fitter was here for under 4 days, so I dont know where you get the additional £2

Prime Tiles are a very unique Tile boutique with products that you will not find in other showrooms. The staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and also made an awesome coffee(which was a bonus as I'm a caffeine lover). The after sales customer support was just as impressive as I had a box of tiles that were damaged however they were literally replaced pretty much next day.I also bought some very classy Lamborghini tiles (which I am still in love with) and found that they were sole exclusivity as stockists for this brand.Highly recommend a visit when looking for your next project.
