Very good massage! I did gym the day before yesterday and my muscle was really sour and painful. Nat did a really great job of relaxing my muscle. Really worth trying!

Hands down the best traditional Thai massage outfit in Cardiff. Nat is a firm favourite of both myself and my wife! Excellent for not only relaxing massages but most importantly for myself helping with troublesome knots and problematic areas in my upper back and neck. Thanks Nat!

Just perfect. Nat has thought of everything. She is so welcoming, friendly and attentive to what you need. From making sure you are comfortable and ensuring the room is warm, to letting you choose a scent you like. A beautiful relaxing massage, with the right level of pressure (I said I like firm without the pain and that's what I got). I felt so calm and peaceful from the moment I walked in to her studio (fyi you go through the front door of the barber shop, and walk to the space at the back). So many lovely little touches. The steam near my head at the end was a really nice touch (it should go without saying that you should come here before you do your hair and make up for the evening). It was completely perfect and I will definitely revisit.

Oh man this place is amazing! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous with traditional Thai flowers and room decorations. The room was pre-heated to keep me warm and the music was very gentle. I chose lemongrass as a scent and it was very calming yet invigorating. I got a mixture of Thai massage and deep tissue massage and it was just so professionally done! The owner was trained at Wat Pho, the temple that Thai massage and massage yoga came in to being at. This was a fantastic experience and the price is the best in Cardiff. Next time I’m going to try the traditional floor Thai yoga to get a nice stretch and massage. I absolutely love this place. 10/10!

I've already recommended to friends and family!Laddawan is extremely friendly, respectful, clearly passionate and amazing at her craft. She knew exactly what areas to pay extra attention to without me having to tell her, she used the perfect pressure throughout along with checking with me to make sure. She was efficient, ensuring that she has even given attention to my fingers, feet and under my jaw.I've honestly never received such great customer service, I was even offered a bottle of water, tea or coffee.I look forward to visiting regularly for stress & chronic pain management.The room is calming, so beautiful, VERY clean, neat and organized with a gorgeous aroma (that you can choose yourself), the waiting area and overall barber shop is also beautifully decorated and clean. - The barber shop staff and customers were also polite and friendly too.I'd advise paying with cash as the card machine has yet to be delivered. - I'd also highly recommend tipping as the service is that good!

A very good experience! Nat is an outstanding masseuse. She helped me soothe my tired and sore shoulders after a month of traveling. She asked me if I needed a drink before the massage, which was very considerate. Very hygienic throughout the massage, using warm towels (their temperature is very comfortable) to wipe down the body at the beginning and end, impressive! The essential oil selection was excellent and I loved the taste of lemongrass, but next time I'll try the ocean! Nat's massage was impeccable and professional, and I felt very comfortable when it was over, smelling faintly of essential oil. The price is right, the store is like a treasure trove, and hopefully more people can come and enjoy their service

Was bought this as an incredibly birthday gift experience.Lovely owner, Laddawan is a very skilled therapist who quickly put me at ease. The massage left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed while at the same time being quite firm as requested, ironing out the knots in my back and legs from office work and hill walking!The atmosphere was great with soothing backgrounds sounds and music.Can't recommend this place enough.Will be coming back!

Genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had. Went in for a sports massage and feel so much better now - exactly what I was hoping for.The massage rooms are located inside at the back of the Joker barbers, and my room was immaculate - very clean with lovely calming music.I will absolutely back. Thank you very much! Can’t fault the whole experience.
