Thought I'd give the new guy a try...He barely spoke English and mumbled prompting me to ask him to repeat himself sooo many times.I asked for a 4 on the sides and tidy up the top, now I have a hairline 3 inches above my eyes and hair that sticks up like I've just got out of bed.I very much doubt he's qualified, certainly not experienced. Avoid like covid.Stick to the local legends.
