First time we've used them.Absolutely faultless holiday so far. Will absolutely be going back for my next holiday. Everything has been perfect so far.

We were helped on different occasions by Laura and Jack who helped us build our trip to the States with our two teenagers. They listened attentively - came up with some great options and were helpful friendly and supportive. The itinerary on the phone was super useful and we used it all the time. Can highly recommend

Went into a very busy branch today. Every desk was full and there was a buzz with people waiting too. Ended up leaving with the relevant brochures to begin research but overheard a few conversations whilst I was choosing the brochures. There is a level of bespoke that these guys can achieve. It's a personal service and quality is what it's about. Looking forward to go in and book.

We booked our Honeymoon with Trailfinders. Unfortunately due to the pandemic it was cancelled.Elliot Hawthorn our Trailfinders consultant was brilliant; he was responsive, took the time to help us navigate the potential options, and kept us informed throughout the year. I would like to thank him, and would highly recommend Trailfinders. They even contributed £100 to our future Honeymoon fund! Excellent service.

Excellent travel agents, work to the highest standards

I booked a honeymoon through Chelmsford Trailfinders. The whole experience from walking through the door to landing back home was fantastic. Many thanks go to Julia who listened to our needs and gave us a great trip.The local tour guide company that Trailfinders use was also great.I will be going back to them for the next adventure

Harry Page is an excellent travel consultant. He was patient, gave honest views on what was good value and less so as if it were his own holiday - brilliant service! He also managed to get a great deal in Vegas for us by patiently trawling the site - we can't recommend him highly enough. We will definitely be back, you can't beat face to face High St service especially with a gem like Harry looking after you.

Trailfinders Chelmsford are THE BEST travel agent I have EVER used.I'm due to travel to the Philippines in October and at this time of the pandemic, the situation is incredibly fluid regarding permissions to travel outbound & returning. There are also OFFICIAL forms that MUST be completed before flights will be allowed.Thats the situation..... Harry at Trailfinders Chelmsford is BRILLIANT...With information at his fingertips, he took away my concerns so that I could look forward to a trip of a lifetime.I have approximately 1 month to go before flying and it is like Harry is delivering me to Heathrow. A real bespoke service...He has explained the current processes and restrictions and what will be done if boarders are closed.My worries and concerns are removed, Harry is the quintessential example of a perfect ambassador for Trailfinders.He's a great guy working with a great company. I cannot provide higher praise or recommendation.

We have received outstanding service from Trailfinders in Chelmsford. We spent hours with their team planning the holiday of a lifetime, unfortunately it was almost ruined by quarantine restrictions in China. Our trip was a saved by Alec. He worked after hours on a Sunday in order to offer us a selection of alternative arrangements. His dedication to customer satisfaction is exemplary. If you are looking for advice or help with planning a dream holiday you could not be in better hands.
