Absolutely fantastic work was done on my BMW X5 , this company really did go above and beyond ,, while they was repairing my car I realised my mot had run out so they took my car for a mot for me !! I couldn’t be any more happier and I will definitely be recommending to everybody ,, thank you so much Mike A* work and communication

Very good job done, quick and easy transaction, even when I had some problem, when car was dropped off, they send next day mechanic in to my door, and everything was sorted in few minutes, I even didin't left my house. Excellent communication and very profesional people. Thank you xxx

I used this company to repair some light damage caused by someone scuffing the side of my car damaging the front driver side alloy also,Very pleased with the job done, and they also did a little extra on the passenger side wheel previously curb scuffed, nothing to do with the accident I just asked if they could do that wheel and I paid for that separate, while it was in for the work done.Excellent service.I would recommend this company.Mr J Hay.

I had my car taken there due to a rear end collision in December.it was in for 5 weeks and the damage was new bumber new number plate,a few little issues.upin received my car it came back with 3 flat tyres, absolutely zero fuel in the tank,it went it with £20 .I also noticed that half the work had just not been completed but I was told it had!!!I was accused of damaging myself!!!I was called a liar on the phone by a manager also. I fortunately have pics of damage prior to my car going in and that damage is clear it just hasn't been done. But I'm sure they charged for the work too?? after 3 week my car has finally gone back to the garage.not my choice but it had to.i feel that this garage just treats you like you have just crawled from a cave, the way you get spoken too to the face to face attitude.absolutley appalling. Let's see how my car comes back now. I really hope no car has the same experience as mine

Outstanding service at Stratton's recently. Had an horrendous time with my insurance company but Steve took control and dealt with them, looked after me and made the whole experience so much easier. I was made to feel like a very special customer. Steve kept in touch every step of the way, unlike my insurance company, and made the whole process much smoother. The work done on my car was outstanding too. Like it came right off the production line. Cant recommend Stratton Accident Repair highly enough. Thank-you so much to Steve and his team.

My car was sent here after being damaged by someone hitting the side of my car, received it back after a month and it's like driving a brand new car. Highly recommended for body repairs and good communication with garage
