The store is located in the main shopping area of kings Lynn. It is accessed from either the market carpark or the carpark at Sainsbury's. Access from either for wheelchair users is good but the market carpark is closest. The store itself is well presented with clean crisp displays and the staff were enormously helpful. Downside, it is rather expensive and to be honest the jewellery doesn't seem to be robust enough for everyday use.

The best customer service I've received in a longtime. Emailed to see if a ring was in, spoke with Jess, it wasn't. However by the next morning one had been sent over in the size I needed from another shop on next day delivery. Put aside for collection. Very impressed

Am a regular pandora customer but today in the Kings Lynn store I encountered a rude sale assistant didn’t get her name but was wearing a pink jumper & face mask. The store was very busy she barked at several customers to join the busy queue whilst she stood at till counting her beads. Hats off to the 2 other girls who served customers with a smile couldn’t she have sorted her beads when store was less busy? Refresher for customers stomper services would benefit this girl very dissatisfied with her attitude.

Very rude lady working there!Shocking just shocking, as I love pandora. She made me feels very unwelcome, and also made rude comments to her friends.Won't buy there again.

In the Kings Lynn store me and my grandad was helped by a lovely lady called Kirsty - I want to just note how amazingly helpful and patient she was with my grandad, he has Alzheimer’s and has recently started struggling with his speech. He wanted to buy my granny (his wife) a ring for her birthday and was struggling with choosing, while looking at the rings he wasn't quite sure about how to ask her something and she was an absolute godsend letting him take his time and helped him with a few options she thought of. Thank you so much for helping us.

Popped in this afternoon to buy a gift for a work colleague.Alas I am useless when it comes to jewellery, in all honesty unless I can eat it, drink it or drive it I'm clueless.Alina (I hope I got her name right) was fabulous, I let her know how much I had to spend and she helped me put together a nice bracelet, under budget, putting the rest on a gift card.6/5 as the helpful staff managed to make a nightmarefuel task into a pleasant experience!
