She didn’t deliver what she promised. I was told it would take a week to replace my old bathroom .....this ran into 3 weeks. Constantly let me down, by not turning up or phoning to let me know!Promised to come back to rectify problems, again she hasn’t fulfilled her obligations. I have had to get someone else to sort her mess out!DO NOT USE!!!

Katy installed a whole new kitchen for us after a water leak and she's done a fantastic job. This company no longer exists as Katie Barstow, the sole director, dissolved it to avoid my CCJ. She subsequently enforced an IVA to dodge repaying the full amount of the bodged en-suite leaving us thousands out of pocket. It took her and her team months to deliver a job which has since been condemned as unsafe by a qualified plumber. Use this person at you own risk, you have no protection!

Called Katie at zero notice for a leak Came almost straight away Sorted leak temporarily with isolation valve Came back few days later not only sorted leak but replaced part of mechanism in cistern and remounted cistern on wall - it had been hanging off 1 bracket for years and replaced part of feed pipe with flexible metal hose so less chance of leak in future Basically left with bathroom much better than before leakExcellent job excellent attention to detail and reasonable priceHighly recommended - just booked her to replace cracked sink. Highly recommend
