Absolutely disgusting service with a terrible attitude today from the only woman serving when I explained I needed help making posters for my lost cat, which I didn’t need as obviously already upset over it! Needs to be sacked ASAP!!!!

Very good customer service, both ladies who served were patient.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but if it saves someone else wasting their time by going to Max Speilman Ainteee then I think I should. I went on 11th August and got there for 5.45 only to be told by the man behind the counter that they were shut as he had to cash up. I pointed out that if he needs to shut up earlier than 6pm to cash up" then Max Spielman needs to revise their opening times. If a customer arrives before the stated closing time it's reasonable to expect to be served. Oh well thats the last time I bother with them. Maybe his employer should make sure he isn't being overpaid because when I left the store at 5.55 he was nowhere to be seen. Maybe Friday is an early dart ."

I have visited this shop on regular basis and get good service. HOWEVER, today being Thursday 19th Sept this morning. I got the most shocking service from the employee, sulky, bad attitude, who could not be bothered to get up off the chair to help. Then once photos printed, I took them from the machine and put them in the Envelope. put self service sign up and save the salary if employees are not interested in giving customer service. So disappointing as their are people out their willing to work who are friendly and helpful, this is disgusting service for people who just going print their happy memories.
