Prompt & outstanding service. Bradley travelled out to myself in Cardiff to diagnose a starting issue with my Volvo kad32, the engine had been stood for 4 years & not run. As a result other independent engineers diagnosed major faults including a fuel injector pump with the potential cost running into thousands. Within an hour Brad had found a couple of stuck engine valves, he loosened these & the engine ran. Would highly recomend Advance Marine, they will always be my first port of call & I can’t thank them enough.Chris Coleman in Cardiff.

Absolutely shocking service. Started to service our boat in October went away and have never come back. Tired of chasing them and getting empty promises. It will only get worse now they have Upton on Severn as well. Serious lack ofcommunication. If they need parts money up front just say do not blame suppliers.

Chandlery is useful but expensive. Engineers friendly and knowledgeable however it is almost impossible to get calls returned or a commitment to a date

Absolute joke no one in shop and when they say they will ring you back they never do . Ordered a turbo well before Christmas took forever to come was told had to get part from france when you can get part from Essex. Do not know what they are doing . Worst customer service I have ever had . Do not bother with these jokers .

Still waiting for my gearbox after 3 months. Never anyone in the workshop. Absolute disgrace of a service. I'd rate at zero if it was possible.
