I am now a proud owner of a Yaris in my favourite colour, blue. Ash was extremely pleasant and very helpful with sorting out all my requirements in a quick , swift manner and keeping me updated with the whole process from start to finish. Including a follow-up call to check all was OK. It was also nice to receive a thank you from the management team before leaving. Would highly recommend the Oxford branch and Ash and his team if you are considering buying a Toyota.

I have bought a used Toyota C-HR recently from this dealership. It was an amazing experience. We looked at a car by visiting the dealership in person and before we were able to reserve the car we liked another dealership reserved that car. Ashley Wells who was helping us select a car tried his best to get us that car but failed to get the reservation.He and the Store manager worked hard over the next few days to find me a similar spec car and were able to find me a newer model for almost the similar price. They went out of the way to find me the car that met all my requirements. Thanks to Ashley Wells and Saj I have a car that meets all my requirements. I have been using the car for a month now and really happy with my purchase.

Very disappointing experience for us. It’s unbelievable for a proper dealership brand like Toyota. I paid good deposit for 4k , for an 18 k 2016 rav4 . After 13 days, I noticed noises every time I brake. Manager says it’s normal. We’ve been to Watford and travelled to Oxford. I had absences from my work for the wish to sort the car out.After 80 days , they were not able to fix the noise coz it’s normal. I’m ok if it’s a 8k car. But it’s 18k . Absolutely, I could get a better car than this. I have a diary of my bad experiences like repair has been moved 3 times at my expense. Lately, they let me drive to Oxford with greater hopes they could fix it. Shockingly? They didn’t hear any noise. I drove it myself, let the manager hop in and heard the noise. He said it’s normal for a hybrid car!!! Omg I have to live with it. It’s just sad. I don’t know if the customers paying that much deserve to have this kind of car. I feel regretful and scared for the future of this car. :((((My family and I are driving back to Watford today very disappointed. Coz after all our pleading for almost 3 months , nothing has been done to sort the noisy brakes. :(((

Our experience at Toyota, Kidlington has been great. Ashley helped us through the process of buying our new Aygo X, he gave us great advise regarding insurance cover and all the extras. Our car arrived a lot sooner than expected. But the process of picking up was quick and painless thanks to Ashley. Would recommend Toyota brand and dealership.
