Made a massive saving on perfume as was on clearance Valentino £75 for 100ml. Very pleasant staff. Store well setup, clean and well stocked. A pleasure to shop.

As with most shops these days, hard to find some items. Helpful staff sorted me out quickly and politely. Great location to pick up items as there is plenty of parking. Situated on a nice retail park

Neil at Boots Opticians in Broughton was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to fit new lenses to my husbands Sunglasses. Absolutely amazing customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Neil.

They have taken away all the customer service tills and there is only self serv. I was assisted by a staff member eventually when she got off her phone her comment was that's the ways its going. No consideration for older or disabled people many who use Broughton

Went in for a regular eye test.They were all very professional and they seem to have all the latest equipment.They were very busy - always a good signHowever I was seen straight away.Recommended!

THE STAFF IN BROUGHTON, CHESTER, NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE, ESPECIALLY ON THE BEAUTY COUNTER, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE PLENTY OF TIME APPLYING THEIR MAKE UP IN FRONT OF MIRRORS.

Staff were of absolutely no help at all. I don't want to go into detail,but there pharmacy staff did not have a clue, and when they finally realised what I was explaining,they told me they hadn't had that product in for ages but I could buy a similar product which was ridiculously expensive. All of which I had to explain in fryof many other customers,who actually advised me better than the staff that worked there .
