Active Nottingham

I am not a member of active nottingham, but my daughter was until recently, she held a child membership until her birthday in January and was told in February that she had to upgrade or basically leave, she chose to leave and requested her account be closed. I realised 3 months later that her account had not been closed and I was still paying for a membership that was not being used, I rang active nottingham to get the matter sorted, my call was answered by a lady called Catherine Menser who is the only reason I'm writing this review and the 5 stars are for her, the angle of a lady who handled my problem did so with the upmost professionalism, she was polite, efficient and did not lie to me once and thanks to Catherine, my issue has been dealt with without a cross word witch is very rear these days so again I thank you Catherine, your are a great credit to your team and wish you all the best :)Very kind regardsMr k monaghan
