ACW came to do a quote. Didn’t hear anything phoned and they couldn’t remember coming! Said would get a quote to me by weekend. Nothing!! Complete waste of our time. Definitely would not recommend!

We were pleased with the work Alex had done for us. Three jobs.New storage radiator in living room ( replacement).The old water tank and heater was removed from cupboard and replaced with up to date water heater.Finally old heating system was removed and cupboard cleared.We would definitely recommend Alex for any work needed.Mr and Mrs Lawrence carney

Alex installed a wet electric heating system and boiler to my flat in December this year, replacing my water tank and storage heaters. He was very thorough and professional, left the place neat and tidy with minimal disruption to the floors and on top of that he finished a day ahead of schedule.I originally chose this company as the quote was in the middle price range of the three I'd had but also very detailed. Alex was very knowledgeable on meeting him so I felt I knew exactly what I was getting.Also had a Hive controller installed which has been great over the festive period when I'm in and out a lot so can control the heating via the app.Would highly recommend!

Alex was our go to for any problems we had with our old boiler. He was very helpful and accommodating on fitting our new boiler. He is always helpful and knowledgeable. We now have constant heating and hot water. Definitely use his firm again.

Prompt response to initial enquiry, reasonable written quote received after viewing the job, then after acceptance, carried out the job (remove and replace old hot water cylinder with modern unvented one with associated electrics/timer)Good communication maintained throughout the process. Turned up timeously when planned and the two man team carried out a good tidy job without fuss. What's not to like about that. A job well done .

Alex was great, came out quickly and explained what was wrong with my boiler. I have the wet electric system and anyone I spoke to about it previously didn't know much about the system but Alex was very informative and fixed my heating and hot water issue within a couple of days after getting the parts required. Would highly recommend.

Alex replaced all 7 radiators in my flat with efficiency, speed and expertise. He left everything tidy and removed all packaging etc.He explained thoroughly how everything worked and set up the required app for me. He contacted me later to ensure all was going well (which it was) I would have no hesitation in recommending this industrious and pleasant young man who took a great weight off my shoulders by giving me a warm and cosy flat without too much fuss.

After a year of being let down and ghosted by various tradespeople, Alex agreed and committed to solving the problems I was having with my heating boiler and hot water system. He carried out the work on time, efficiently and professionally. I am delighted with the results and would not hesitate in recommending this company. 10/10.

Alex is now the go to electrician for me and several members of my family. He always does a neat, professional, well-planned job for a very reasonable price. He also undertakes associated plumbing work and has installed an elecric CH boiler for me. The last job he did for me was to install garden lighting. He recce'd, quoted and finished the job in two days.
